When you use our contact form we collect: your name, email, subject of inquiry, and the contents of your message. No marketing cookies are used. Technical session cookies may be set by our host (Vercel) for optimization and anonymous audience measurement.

How we use your data

Information sent via the form is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is routed by email via our transactional email provider (Resend) to our internal team, and stored in our professional mailboxes.

Data sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be shared with technical subprocessors (hosting, email) strictly necessary to operate the site.

Your rights (Loi 25 — Québec)

In accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you have the right to access your personal information, to rectify it, to request its deletion, and to withdraw your consent to its processing. For any request, write to us at info@oaziz.ca.

Retention

Your messages are kept as long as they are useful to the commercial relationship, then archived or deleted per our internal policies (typically 36 months after the last exchange).
